Game Recap

Tuesday night the Carroll Cougars traveled to Falcon Field for a makeup double header that was rescheduled earlier in the year due to a wash out. It was a double header that would leave everyone on the edge of their seats all night.

The second game would be similar to the 1st game with Carroll jumping to an early 2-1 lead after the 1st inning. The score would remain 2-1 until the bottom of the 4th when Frontier would push 3 runs across the plate to move the score to 4-2. Carroll would answer with a 3 run 5th inning making the score 5-4. In the sixth inning the Falcons would manufacture their last run of the game. With the score tied 5-5 the game would never seem to be over. With both teams getting runners in scoring position and not being able to capitalize, the game would push on 10 innings before game would be suspended due to curfew @ 11:22pm. Zach Loy led the offensive attack with a 2-5 effort.

The Falcons move to 6-1-1 on the season and 3-0-1 in the conference. The good guys travel to Eastern Thursday for single game starting @ 6pm.
