Game Recap

Cole Fesler was handed the ball for the second game of the double header. Fesler kept the Cavalier bats caged up only allowing 3 hits in 4 innings of work, striking out 3 and walking 1. Cole earned the win for his 2nd win of the season. Freshman Casey Frier and Sophomore Zach Oaks finished the final 2 innings to complete the shortened game due to run rule. On the offensive side the Falcons continued to swing the bats well adding 10 more hits. Leading the hit parade in game 2 was Senior Catcher Jarrett Burroughs going 3-4 with 2 RBI’s. Fesler and Senior AJ Hall both added 2 hits a piece while AJ collected his second double of the day and collected 3 RBI’s.

The Falcons finished the day with 22 runs on 25 hits moving their record to 8-1-1 on the season and 5-0-1 in the Hoosier Heartland. Frontier will host Seeger @ 5pm for a non-conference single game on Tuesday 4/26.
