SATURDAY, JANUARY 28th, LAFAYETTE, IN – Sophomore Colin Reagan became the first Frontier wrestler to win a Sectional Championship in the history of the program. Reagan won the 106lb championship at the Lafayette Jefferson Sectional in dominating fashion. The undefeated Reagan (40-0), defeated Sam Hein of Harrison by pin in the semi-finals before defeating Tyler Brubaker of McCutcheon with a 6-1 decision in the championship bout.
Reagan will now move on to the Logansport Regional, Saturday Feb. 4th, as the #1 seed and will take on Coby Johns of North White. A first round win would give Reagan an advancement to the East Chicago Central Semi-State on Saturday, February 11th.
