Winter Sports: All-HHC

Congrats to Katelynn Hall (basketball) and Colin Reagan (wrestling) for earning 1st Team All-Hoosier Heartland honors. Both were honored at the Hoosier Heartland Conference winter sports banquet on Wednesday, March 9th.

Stage Set for 2017 IHSAA Girls Basketball State Tournament From Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, the opening week’s pairings were made Sunday (1/15/17) evening for the 42nd Annual IHSAA Girls Basketball State Tournament presented by the Indiana Fever and Indiana Pacers. Sectional games are scheduled to begin Tuesday, Jan. 31, and run through Saturday, Feb.

GBB: Schedule Changes

11/8/16 at Attica: Attica’s gym is used as a voting station, so due to the election this game has been moved to Thursday, December 1st at 6pm. 11/11/16 Rossville game: This will be a home game for Frontier. JV Tip-off is set for 6pm, Varsity game will follow.

Alum Jenna Sullivan, a National Champion!

Frontier grad Jenna Sullivan helped Marian University’s Women’s Basketball Team win the NAIA National Championship. Sullivan, a starting guard on the squad, scored 7 points and collected 7 rebounds in the championship game. On the season Sullivan started 36 of the 38 games, averaged 7.5 points and 8.5 rebounds a game on the season. Here

Winter Sports Awards Program Set

The Frontier Athletic Department has announce the date for the Winter Sports Awards Program. The awards program will take place on March 14th at 6:30pm, the program will begin in the newly renovated auditorium. Then the program will disperse into sport specific groups.
